What we do with what you send us.

This site collects personal information in one place only: the enquiry form. It asks for your name, email address and arrival date, and optionally your phone number, party size, dietary requirements and a message.

We use that information to answer your enquiry and to arrange a stay if you go ahead. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Enquiries are delivered by email to reservations@royalmara.com and retained for up to twelve months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off.

If you contact us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation is held in WhatsApp and governed by their terms as well as ours.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It loads no third-party trackers, and no fonts, scripts or images are fetched from another company’s servers.

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email reservations@royalmara.com and we will action it.
